I have been using FastCap 2P-10 CA
Adhesives for 3 or 4 years now. I don't use them like I do the white and
yellow glues or the polyurethane or epoxy adhesives, but I sure do use them.
I probably use them most for jigs and the like when I really want a fast
cement job.

I have had one problem with them —
having the thick gel when the other viscosities would have been better.
So when FastCap sent me this set, I really jumped for joy (you know
that is strictly a saying...I haven't jumped in ages.)
The kit contains small 1 oz. bottles of the three thicknesses
they make, two spray bottles of activator and one "de-bonder" (how did they
know.)
At first impression you might think a 1 oz. bottle is too small to
be of use. Not so. You use so little that it really is a practical size —
and you can always buy the larger if you need to.

Sal is using a couple of drops of the
FastCap 2P-10 gel for the feet of a bench bracket.

Followed by a few sprays of activator.

And it holds the base in place. It might
be all that we need for this stand, but we went ahead and added a few screws
to beef up the assembly.

It is nice to be able to make a jig and
then immediately use it.
I think the FastCap 2P-10 CA Adhesives Kit is a great little
kit to have. It cost about $30. If there is one problem, it is
you may not be able to find it at your usual store. I have listed
below a link to the company's page of resellers. In my view, it is
worth hunting it down.
