Here's how—"by the book"; first the legs. The first step is to install a 3/8” dovetail
bit..

Raise the bit until level with surface of table. That is the “zero setting” for depth (d). |
Then, raise the bit to 3/8” using the routers depth scale or by measuring at the table using one of the many inexpensive depth measuring tools available. |

Next, we
set set tilt angle to 0o so table is flat for this step.
