ShopCenter Tilting Router Table - "It does so much more!" - continued

Here is just how accurate the ShopCenter Tilting Router table is. We will make this table leg joint (locking dovetail) and we will do it “by the numbers” without test cuts...and it works each and every time. That's repeatability!

   Here's how—"by the book"; first the legs.

   The first step is to install a 3/8” dovetail bit..

   Raise the bit until level with surface of table. That is the “zero setting” for depth (d).

   Then, raise the bit to 3/8” using the routers depth scale or by measuring at the table using one of the many inexpensive depth measuring tools available.

   Next, we set set tilt angle to 0o so table is flat for this step.
